Service Description

Receive supportive, grounded care during the postpartum period. My postpartum services are designed to help you heal, adjust, and feel emotionally supported as you transition into parenthood. I offer practical help, gentle guidance, and a calming presence so you can rest and recover. During each visit, I can support you with emotional encouragement, newborn care guidance, feeding support (breastfeeding or bottle), light household help, rest support, and tools for easing postpartum stress and overwhelm. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where you feel confident, cared for, and never alone during this deeply tender time.
