During this session, we’ll explore your birth options, discuss comfort measures, and identify what will help you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout labor and delivery. Together, we’ll clarify your desires, walk through evidence-based choices, and create a plan that honors both your vision and your wellbeing. My goal is to help you enter birth feeling confident, grounded, and fully seen.
